In the Orchard at Bellevue- Cardamom Apple
Part of an 8-acre urban farm, Dumbarton House originally went by the name Bellevue until the early 1900s. Enslaved and indentured workers harvested a wide variety of crops, including fruit from the orchard. This scent honors the labor of those who worked on the estate and celebrates fall in Washington D.C.
Custom made candles from local business Lita + Ro. Each candle is based on the experiences and smells of Dumbarton House's historic residents and modern visitors.
