Spring Showers at Dumbarton House- Magnolia and Rain
One of the most recognizable plants in the gardens at Dumbarton House is the towering southern magnolia in the front yard. This beautiful tree has been on the grounds as long at the museum has been open to the public-since the 1930s. This scent is inspired by the generations of visitors who have experienced a rainy D.C. afternoon in the garden at Dumbarton House.
Custom made candles from local business Lita + Ro. Each candle is based on the experiences and smells of Dumbarton House's historic residents and modern visitors.
